The ECG shows hyperacute changes of an acute myocardial infarction in a 39 year old male with a prominent injury pattern of ST elevation in the inferior leads and lesser ST elevation in the septal leads V3 & V4. Reciprocal ST depression is seen in leads I & aVL.
