WHEN WILL MY DOCTOR GET THE REPORT?
The analysis and editing of the ECG data from your recording usually takes approximately ½ hour but may take longer if there is a lot of artefact on the ECG data which has to be edited out.
Usually it will be possible to post the report to your referring doctor 1 or 2 days after you have returned the monitor but this may depend upon workload.
If you had significant symptoms during the recording, your report will be prioritized and if a significant disturbance of your heart’s rhythm is identified your doctor will be notified immediately by phone.
